SolidusGrid provides managed human infrastructure services for data validation, content moderation, and AI training workflows. Service specifications are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Service Level Agreements

SLA commitments for accuracy, throughput, and response times are documented in client-specific infrastructure agreements. General service capabilities are described on our Infrastructure page.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on this website are owned by or licensed to SolidusGrid. Client data remains the property of the client at all times.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality protocols for all client data and business information. Our security practices are documented in our SOC 2 Type II certification.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolidusGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
